Let me chime in and say that President Taylor's words were absolute truth.

Name me one thing that God has revealed to any denomination in the last two thousand years?

If God was the author of modern "christianity" they would all believe the same thing. They would all be of one mind. But it's just the opposite. They can't even agree on the significance of baptism much less on how to perform it.

When has God ever parted the heavens and showed Himself in the last two thousand years as He did in the previous 4000 years?

They are all hollow....nothing but platitudes. And I feel sorry for them.

Oh really? Gee, I guess that all those other mormon groups don't count, you know who didn't agree that Young, et al was the prophet. Or those mormons who continued in the 'everlasting covenant' of Sect 132 (which still hasn't been removed). We are far more united than the propaganda you are spoon fed would lead you to believe. How about Neo-orthodox mormons - ever heard about them?
