I believe in the pre-tribulation rapture. We may have a present day proof of imminence. We may well see the Gog/Magog invasion of Ezekiel 38 and 39 before or after the rapture. God may have kept the timing of this event secret in order not to destroy the principle of imminence
You said (a little while back...) — I believe in the pre-tribulation rapture. We may have a present day proof of imminence. We may well see the Gog/Magog invasion of Ezekiel 38 and 39 before or after the rapture. God may have kept the timing of this event secret in order not to destroy the principle of imminence

There was another thread where I was posting something on Psalm 83, which seems to be figuring into many prophecy teachers minds about now. There could be a number of things which could come about, that will figure into these end-times events, and we don’t necessarily know if they are before the Rapture or afterwards. We may have ideas about it, but we can say that the Bible, itself, doesn’t tell us.
And we may have ideas about the timing of some of these events that could not have been known before, but are only beginning to be known to us now, because we can actually see the *current events* happening in front of our eyes. It would be these current events that give us a clue to something about to happen, as we see that it matches what the Bible says — rather than the Bible telling us many hundreds of years ago, that there is a “particular timing” to it. In other words, prophecy is “unfolding” in “real-time” before our eyes... (the “unsealing” of it...).
