You are incorrect in your statement. The LDS Temple ceremony is secret even to Mormons until they are old enough and deemed worthy to attend the Temple. Mostly when they go on an LDS mission or when they are married. Roughly only 25% of Mormons ever attend the secret ceremonies in the Temple.

Guess we just have to disagree, I know of one ceremony required of every mormon in the temple young and old alike.
