personal observation- my 3 kids have attended church, youth group and many religious affiliated activities throughout their lives 2 had appendixes removed, 1 had exersize induced asthma (yet he worked so hard at ice hockey he doesn’t anymore and is now a personal fitness trainer). Other than that, Thank God, they have never been sick. They almost never missed school for illness, and this year was the first time in I can’t remember when, my youngest had a bad chest cold. Even more interesting, my middle son has not even had as much as a cold (allergies in spring a couple times but thats it) in years and years; He starts seminary in 18 months.
Never really thought about it as a correlation to practicing their faith, but who knows?
