Actually, we do not need to go that far, not that I would oppose the action.

On any issue in which the Constitution does not give SCOTUS “original jurisdiction” -— the Constitution gives Congress the right to limit the “appellate jurisdiction” of the Court”.

That’s the problem, the Congress won’t limit the Judiciary branch’s power.
