The youngest girl known to have borne twins was 10 years old. It would seem quite possible that this girl could have carried the pregnancy to the point where the babies could have been delivered (by c-section, of course) and survived.

The youngest mother on record was 5 years and 7 months old. Yes, you read that right.

And it didn't kill her, either, contrary to the knee-jerk reaction of many on FR. In fact, she's apparently still alive today. Her son died a few years ago at the age of 40.

modern medicine, i would think, virtually assures that the girl would live. I am not saying that there would be complications, but I don’t think that, with todays practices, it would be even 10% chance of unsuccess.

Yeah, I know, I am only a kid, and I am not a doctor. I am just basing my opinion on what I personally think is possible.
