He's saying -- one of his own followers can minister under his anointing, and the Lord not know that person. Not be intimate with him. Because of strongholds in that person's life, the Lord "does not know him." Does he know the Lord? Yes. Is he saved? Yes. Can he minister under the anointing and still be in bondage to all kinds of dark, demonic strongholds in his personal life at the same time? Yes. Can he "mix" the two worlds in his ministry? Mix the dark side? And the light? Yes. Can he draw from both good and evil? Yes. Can he use white and black magic--and the anointing of the Lord? Yes.I find it very difficult to conceive of someone living that kind of life for so long being actually saved.
Satan can appear as an angel of light. I have no difficulty in believing that he'd make one of his own as smooth and deceptive, even to the point of appearing to be an anointed Christian.
I recall reading something somewhere that (I think it was CS Lewis) that Satan doesn't even mind if people do good things, as long as it serves his purposes in actually destroying the person and those around them.

Precisely. Satanists make plenty of charitable donations. Why? To draw people in to their false doctrines.
