Thank you so much for posting that. I was upset because I can’t seem to fast with food, as is usual—my blood sugar goes wild and I end up fainting. So glad to learn that there are other ways to prepare myself spiritually. And it’s inspiring to read a teaching like this, with so many insights. What a gift.
If I overdue anything (fasting etc.) I always feel like body slamming someone.
