Ok I think I understand what you are driving at. You aren’t talking about taking away BC from those already on it, but making it unavailable to teens and pre-teens. Am I correct?

I can see how that might work.

That is essentially what I'm getting at--change the way of thinking in adolescents and teenagers and you end up with more responsible adults. The reverse we have already witnessed. It took only one short generation (only ONE!) for teenage sexual experience to go from being an abnormality to being the norm. That happened with the advent of widely available contraception. Take away that safeguard--which is not a safeguard at all--and you will see teens, particularly girls, hanging on to their virginity longer. Not all of them, of course, because there are still so many girls out there whose female role models, their moms, are--to put it bluntly--sluts.
