Thank you... It’s true that I tend to fall into that trap of thinking that God isn’t/won’t-be/can’t-be pleased by my actions; of course, it’s a lot easier when you tend to have the same [typed] thoughts regarding your own earthly father.

I've struggled my whole life with the same kind of thing, believing I was'nt good enough in the eyes of my parents, but esp with my dad.
A while back, I posted a devotion that's been a big help to me over the years. Of course, being delivered from a painful childhood, could be a life-long process.
