How so? Little kids are self-centred barbarians. It takes years of education to make them ready for life in society.
Not a big fan of kids, huh?
I don't have anything against kids, per se, but I don't find other peoples' children particularly interesting. Why would I? It seems like there is way too much emphasis on kids in our societies, which leads to the self-centred little brats that seem to be taking over this country.
Got that one trophy kid in the typical European style, maybe?
Just one so far, but we plan to have a couple more. Thanks for asking.
The problem is not numbers of children, but how they are raised. And trying to raise them to become civilized human beings is harder and harder, in a miasma of not only overly sexualized stuff that kids can’t help but be influenced by, but the instant gratification/me me me If It Feels Good Do it culture, of which the sexualization of society is a major, but not the only, part.

Noooooo, children are our offspring, the God given gift of our future. You see them as a burden, so shown by your self-centered interest in your child but no other. You may not want to see it, but they ARE part of society.
Spend a few more years in the USA before you wave your hand and declare “self-centered little brats” are taking over our country. Meet some nice conservative parents outside of DC.
Europeans and liberals see children as a burden. Turn them over to the state and let me have my ski vacations and spa time. We are different. We love our children enough to keep them children, keep them with us and teach them to be fine adults.
I’m not impressed with the European way.

HOW DARE YA? Those little buggers have feelings, y’know.
That comment will land you in Anger Management and Remedial Therapy sessions in the near future.
