Christians (and conservatives) are the only group in America who can be persecuted and maligned in the press and deserve it. A refusal to fight back may make one feel noble, but all it earns you is contempt from your opponents.

Self defense is ignoble? And how much more contempt for Christians is there to be "earned?" When contempt turns to killing? Is that your threshhold?
