There are 6,000,000,000 in the world today. It's not practical to screen them all.

Be careful about accusing someone of being the anti-Christ. You may just put yourself over the edge.

No. If we come under the great “End Time Delusion” that God Himself “promises He will send” on those who no longer love the truth or “tremble at His word” the problem is we will not know the Antichrist when we see him.

Kinda like the brainwashed feeling of Obama’s election night fanatics. Only about a million times stronger and religious in feeling.
