Biden, like Pelosi, is about as Catholic as the so-called singer Madonna. He and Pelosi (and the rest of them), long ago threw out their Catholic faith for political convenience and expediency, and they use their claims to be Catholic as a vote getting tool. What is sad is that the Bishop of Wilmington - which is likely Biden’s bishop, isn’t on the list of those that have spoken up. That says something about that bishop and the Diocese of Wilmingon, DE.

What is sad is that so few bishops appear to be real leaders of their respective dioceses, hand-wringing about whether they may offend someone by preaching the Gospel. I really think this is a major force behind why we have so few young American men wanting to become priests. Young men want to sacrifice, give of themselves for a cause. They see "corporate America" being expressed by men wearing funny hats, instead. I think the Pope needs to send a strong message to our bishops here in the US and remind them WHO THEY ARE!

Regards
