No, not at all. The question is what is the real event that is represented by the imagery of wormwood.

I'm not a futurist. I believe that most of the events represented by the symbols and images in Revelation were fulfilled in the AD70 sack of Jerusalem and destruction of the old covenant temple, the punishment brought against apostate Israel.
