C’Mon your Holiness, where’s Fr. McGivney on that list?
Note that Fr. Michael McGivney is still Venerable, and the next step in the sainthood process is to declare him Blessed.
This list doesn’t contain any of the Venerables becoming Blesseds in the near future, for example, the Venerable Louis and Zelie Martin, or Venerable John Henry Cardinal Newman. The list only includes the 4 Blesseds who are becoming canonized Saints.
Venerable Father McGivney was only declared Venerable back in March, so something tells me it will be a while.
