You forgot the wonderful statement, published on the archdiocesan website, of the Archbishop of New York. As well, the Archbishop of Washington also has his statement on the archdiocesan website, although his statement is extremely weak.

I started searching on Catholic-Hierarchy.org. I only made it to the Archdiocese of Chicago, alphabetically. I will look more this evening.
