It’s not so much a lie as an exercise in futility. In the Calvinistic scheme, IF the reprobate repented and believed, they would be saved—but the catch is that since they are reprobate, they WON’T.

You say won't , but you know the proper characterization in the Reform distinctive of Unconditional election is that John Calvin says God has reprobated the nonelect to the eternal fires of damnation for all etermity FOR HIS GOOD PLEASURE. Not they won't, they CAN'T You know that, yet you obfuscate this from readers who have not studied this issue.
