These polls of Catholics are always a little problematic. Many self-identified Catholics, especially in the northeast, have not been inside a church in years.

Churchgoing Catholics tend to be more conservative than their lapsed brethren.

Good point: Church-going Catholics vote heavily Republican; as Republican as “religious right” Protestant denominations, which is amazing because such denominations are often formed of people who specifically rejected the liberalism of mainline Protestantism.

I’m Catholic, and it’s good to see that some other Catholics are finally finding out that NObama is pro-Abortion. NObama should get ZERO Catholic votes (and really ZERO Christian votes) based on his abortion stance. How can a Christian vote for NObama and his Pro-Abortion stance? How is this even possible???
