I don’t believe He does. After all, He gave His only begotton Son so that ALL men could be saved. It’s called free will, you can accept or reject Jesus, it’s up to you. The question of those who have never had the opportunity to accept or reject, well, we should trust them to the mercy and wisdom of God.

If you don’t believe He does, and we trust in God’s mercy and wisdom when dealing with those that have not had the opportunity, why should a persons eternal fate depend on what a book or a preacher says? What keeps God’s mercey and wisdom from treating that person the same as He treats the others? After all, He knows if they are going to believe or not, doesn’t He?
