I am profoundly skeptical of stories like this. The bit about John Lennon being in hell clangs like a klaxon waring me this is not from God. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. Either way it's none of our business.

These so called revelations that don't conflict with biblical teaching add nothing of relevance to our understand of God's nature. As Jesus taught, if his Holy Spirit can't convince someone, lurid tales of hell surely won't. He want’s people to come to him out of love, not out of fear.

Such narratives have persistently strengthened my relationship with God over the years.
