Paul Zachary Myers, a professor at the University of Minnesota Morris, has pledged to desecrate the Torah. He is responding to what happened recently in Jerusalem when a Jewish soldier prevented a tourist from spitting on the “Wailing Wall”, which many Jews believe to be the western wall of the historical Jewish temple built there by Herod I. Myers was angry at Jews worldwide for their angry reaction to the alleged incident. His post can be accessed from his faculty page on the university’s website.

“Can anyone out there score me an authentic Torah scroll?” Myers continued by saying, “if any of you would be willing to do what it takes to get me one, and mail it to me, I’ll show you sacrilege, gladly, and with much fanfare. I won’t be tempted to just spit on it (no, not even if I have a choice between returning it to you and watching the Israeli Army turn the Wailing Wall into a public urinal), but I will instead actually urinate and defecate upon it, all photographed and presented here on the web. I shall do so joyfully and with laughter in my heart. If you can smuggle a Torah out from under the hook-nosed bankers and scheming slum landlords hovering over your local synagogue, just write to me and I’ll send you my home address.”
He’s a “Frackin” “Crackin” lunatic. That’s fine by itself, but unfortunately this psycho is molding our kids into mini-me’s, from his isolated narrow view of the world ivory tower, thus we get students like the one in Florida. I meet many students just out of college at work - it takes a while to get their head turned around and focused in the real world.
