Apparently, there are many who agree, and probably wouldn't object to the professor doing this, even here on a conservative forum.
I pray that if he gets his wish that Jesus will show him the Truth as has happened in other Eucharistic miracles.
c) College and university teachers are citizens, members of a learned profession, and officers of an educational institution. When they speak or write as citizens, they should be free from institutional censorship or discipline, but their special position in the community imposes special obligations. As scholars and educational officers, they should remember that the public may judge their profession and their institution by their utterances. Hence they should at all times be accurate, should exercise appropriate restraint, should show respect for the opinions of others, and should make every effort to indicate that they are not speaking for the institution.
There are entirely too many lefties in the Academy who have no concept what the italicized words mean.
Its a Frackin Cracker!

Hey, he's just being consistent in his non-literalism. Too bad so many Catholics refuse to understand this.
I think it’s a cracker, but this is still horribly disrespectful, bigoted, and hateful.
The professor should be fired.
Look at me I’m Paul Zachary Myers! Look at me! Hey!
Why isn’t anybody paying attention to me, Paul Zachary Myers!
These guys just can’t leave other people’s religions alone. Maybe they consider Eucharist worship more offensive than flying airplanes into skyscrapers.
If these smart alecks don’t agree with a doctrine and don’t want to participate in it, WHY CAN THEY NOT LEAVE OTHERS WHO DO ALONE and just go where that particular doctrine is NOT practiced? Why must they boss everybody else around and try to force them to “do it their way” by showing disrespect to things the other people hold in high regard? - Oh, forget I asked, if they are liberals, and surely they must be liberals. “Free speech” is one thing, but physically interfering with other people’s free speech is something else entirely.
But, times have changed.
I'll bet that if I spent five minutes with this freak, I could zero in on the articles of his sacred faith and drive him over the edge with my version of counter-sacriledge.
Oh yea, there are those on this forum who hate the Catholic church vehemently.
I can't speak for everyone else, but as a hard core Calvinist Presbyterian I think that the university ought to revoke the tenure of this vile, nut cracker (speaking of nutcrackers) and fire him. They won't, but they ought to.
Cordially,
As I said in one of the previous threads about the UCF student stealing the wafer, the best way for Roman Catholics to respond to this sort of behavior is to roll their eyes and then ignore it, confident that God is sovereign over the Eucharist.
But I’m only a Protestant, so what do I know? Everybody can continue foaming at the mouth and giving Myers exactly what he wants.
Kinda ironic that he now wants to get a communion wafer using false pretenses.
There’s a lot Catholic haters on FreeRepublic. A couple of obsessive compulsive types who seem to sppend all of their free time hunting up and posting every anti-Catholic screed they can find. I pity them.
That would make this sort of nonsense harder to carry out.
In addition, this is why we need to reinstate Porters in the Latin Church.
So let me guess....the Pope issued a fatwa calling for this guy’s death and there was rioting and suicide bombings among Christians around the world?
People like this will get more than they bargained for in attacking the Catholic Church.
Paul Zachary Myers is nothing but no-count gutter trash lower than Satan’s bunion.
Typical product of the baby boomer generation. I can’t wait until the bulk of this generation goes away.
