Sola ecclesia is not a term used BY the Catholic Church (that I'm aware), and seems to be some kind of invention designed to deprecate. Catholicism, if you've ever read my tagline, rejects the error of sola scriptura because Tradition must be accepted and honored equally.
The terms sola scriptura and sola fide describe protestant belief because those are the terms THEY use. Sola ecclesia, in contrast, strikes me as an epithet.
Educate me! Is sola ecclesia a Catholic term?
If anything, the Catholic Church is solus Deus.
Rather than attacking the use of the term “sola ecclesia,” what you should be doing is demonstrating how that Rome. In essence, is not claiming she is the ultimate earthly authority, but is she logically subservient to that which she claims singular authority to defines and interpret.

I had never heard the phrase either but this site was interesting.
I searched on New Advent and there was nothing there on the phrase.
