I want to thank God this morning for the wonderful response to our ND internet/FR prayer meeting.
I know that all who praticipated where lifted up.
Thank you again.
We look forward to gathering prayer requests / praises during the week for another internet/FR prayer meeting next Sunday evening.
Thank you all.
Isaiah 58:8 Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily,And your righteousness shall go before you;The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.
Psalm 31:24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.
Please pray for me as I struggle with the issue of bringing our Lord to my 7 year old granddaughter. She’s taking a trip with us this coming week. I hope to include her in my morning devotions but all she really knows about faith is what I’ve told her and that’s not much because I believe very strongly in letting her parents do the raising. There’s history there. Her mom says I can get her Baptized and into my Church but without the support of her parents I’m afraid of just confusing her.
Thank you all.
Dear Mercat,
I have added you to the prayer list for next week.
Dear Lord, we precent to you this grandparent who is lifting You up in the eyes of a grandchild. Grandchildren who are a blessing of inheritance. We thank you for this child, we thank you for this grandparent.
We ask today that you clearly give the answers, and instruction needed that this child will be instructed in Your Word.
Thank you Lord.
Plant the seed.
I am saved because of the seeds my grandparents planted. Just plant the Word and let the Lord do the rest!
When my son was in diapers, barely crawling, I moved my little family to the town where my wife's parents lived. Their life showed they were closer to the Lord than my family and I wanted that closeness for my son. He grew up in his mother's Father's shadow when I was on the road in sales. He learned at his mother's Mother's kitchen the lessons of patience and gentleness. He is now a Father and is strong int he Lord, passing to his daughter the lessons and presence of the Lord he experienced more than heard about in his mother's family's lives. ... 'Raise up a child in the way that they should go' is an instructional phrase aimed at teaching by living it. Children are naturally drawn to learn from those who care for them.
Please pray for a little boy named Spencer Rollins who is around three years old. You cannot imagine the surgeries, infections, serious fungal infections this little one has had. He’s on dialysis now, he’s in a lot of pain and there’s so much more. His mom is pregnant again and they have suffered greatly watching their little one go through so much. I can’t begin to tell you what he’s been through. The parents know the Lord and He has greatly sustained them but it’s so hard for them right now. Thanks.
Done.
You will be added to the prayer list.
Thank you for sharing this with us. I know that people will begin praying today for this child and his family.
Amen.
Thanks, svcw. This family has gone through so much since this little one was born with serious heart issues.
Please be praying that a fellow Freeper that wishes to join us in prayer will have posting privileges restored. As an attempt was made to encourage others to join in turning to God, satan intervened by leading someone in a very suspicious and unreasonable “banning.”
Our church held services in our new building this Sunday. While the new building is over twice as large as the old one, God filled it to capacity for two services.
In the two years since the blueprints were drawn up our church membership has doubled. While we had hoped to have more breathing space, we praise God for His crowded house and look forward to making room for more.
Done.
That is wonderful!
That's amazing...God is good.
Pray also that God will strengthen him in his journey away from a false faith towards true Christian salvation.
Please keep this prayer active on future prayer threads.
Good news about Spencer Rollins. His condition is greatly improved. He can eat, he’s out of intensive care, and his parents are overjoyed at his physical movements overall. Thank you and please don’t stop praying for this precious child and his parents. He can’t see yet and he’s still on dialysis but even his kidneys are improving. Hallelujah.
