YOUR truth according to scripture. MY truth according to scripture is different so actually when someone slams my religion, is that person speaking truth? Only that person’s truth.
If someone truly only spoke truth, then one would be able to admit that one is being presumptuous to know the Mind of God.
The bible tells us we can have the mind of Christ, whatever that means to you. Scripture is truth. The magesterium is not the only means to interpreting scripture. Much of it is very simple and clear. You don’t have to be a dummy to interpret most of it. Yes, there are mysteries, allegories, parables and the like but the simple gospel is just that: simple.
