Sometimes that toe-to-toe eye-to-eye rebuttal includes a sarcastic observation about being accused of thin-skin.

Caustic sarcasm is not thin-skinned. Rather, if done properly, it can be part of an effective, withering rebuttal, and in any event is rather the opposite of thin-skin.

In my book, sarcasm is just a style of debate in the town square or “open” threads. Likewise, mocking - though it tends to make the poster look mean or silly to a third party lurker. Neither are “thin skin” to me.

lol. Sarcasm is the lowest form of rebuttal. In fact, it's an absence of rebuttal.

And I don't see anything "withering" the truth of God's word.
