Some of the female students I've seen at the University of Utah wear pants VERY well... But NOT to the Temple! Not allowed. Nor are they worn to regular Sunday Service which is called Sacrament Meeting.

The old school Pentacostal churches around here do not allow the women to wear pants. They also have to keep their hair long. But they won’t stop you at the door if you get a haircut.
