Of course not. On an ecumenic thread, you might post something like this:

I am a Protestant and we believe that ...

A loaded question is an attempt to circumvent the guideline for an "ecumenic" thread by making a challenge in the form of a question. For instance,

Why do you call Mary the "Mother of God" when she didn't come into existence until well after the universe was created?

If we cannot ask questions on a post, how on earth do we get clarification on what someone believes?
I personal do not care if people challenge me, keeps me on my toes.
I wonder why people are so afraid of questions?

I'm a Protestant, and in all honestly the above question has never occured to me.

Now that it has been asked, however, I am interested in learning the answer.

Certainly there are kind Freepers who would not find the above question offensive and they would be pleased to answer it.

Are you proposing that just because "someone" might be offended a helpful Freeper is prohibited from answering it?
