Otherwise you can have volumes of right handed typing. And how do you respond to the initial post that you do not agree with? You post something "positive" to support your view (being careful not to reference the counter belief), you are still open to be called iconoclastic.
Yes, their version of Catholicism is different from the Catholic version of Catholicism, and it is impossible to dislodge them from their belief. They are very very attached to their odd hobby.
I don’t think that the talking past one another is a remotely adequate explanation for the different understandings and perspectives.
