Will you use chemicals? Grub-Ex works the best. It takes a few seasons to kill all of them. (and don’t have a naturalist living next to you!)

If you don’t want to use chemicals, use milky spore like this

It takes longer. And remember that it will probably take a season or two for the moles to disappear, especially if your neighbors don’t treat the problem. You are trying to take away a food source so if your neighbor still has grubs, the moles will still tunnel under your lawn.
