I'm sure they won't answer any of my questions.
But I may have to try.
Anyone with suggestions please by all means, share! Post them to the email address listed in the article too.
here are a couple to start off.
So the God of the Universe endorses the (New Age) corruption The Message by Eugene Peterson??? Why does the God of the Universe, in Shawn Marie's vision, quote from the (New Age) corruption The Message by Eugene Peterson???
How do you know these visions are really from God? I thought the Bible (studying a good translation) was how we hear from God, not visions and ecstatic 'experiences.' Isn't this a form of gnosticism/mysticism?
Is God at our beck and call so that if we organize a public act of repentance he must act on our behalf?
Where are we promised that in the end times there will be great revival rather than apostasy and delusion"?
How do we know this isn't just the next new emotion-driven 'fad' that gullible Christians are buying into?
Is Satan willing to give you a little bit of truth (e.g. let's say, that God requires repentance) in order to get you to believe a bigger lie (e.g. let's say, subjectively "hearing from God" outside his Holy Word in the Scriptures?)
We live not far from this church, and I have always thought it described itself as an “emergent” church. Is that true, Terriergal?
