I’m not remembering precisely. I think the classic interpretation is a strong kingdom and a weak kingdom or a strong kingdom with inherent weakness. I forget.

Interesting possibility.

Someone along the way said that the nephilium were trying to pollute the bloodlines so extensively before the flood so that The Messiah could not be born of a pure bloodline. Of course God would not allow them to achieve that evil.

Regarding the iron mottled with clay, Daniel Chapter 2 records how Daniel interprets King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream for him. Scripture points out the gold head is Nebuchadnexxar himself. Chapter 7 parallels the interpretation.
