You may prefer otherwise, but I prefer to leave the determination of the canon of the Jewish Bible to the Jews themselves, as long as they don't alter the text so as to preclude the divinity of Jesus of Nazareth or violate the explicit or implicit text of the three great creeds of the Christian church.
