Where is the sentance that states that the people were “venerating” the image.
You hopped on that pretty fast.
I threw that comment in there because so many RCs claim they “venerate” such things so as to dodge the idolatry charge.
Not only were people in the article venerating it, though the word may not have been used, people on this thread are venerating it.
