Right on the mark, doc.

Excellent summary!

There is a twofold problem with our baptistic friends here.
First, failing to fully trust God’s promises and to be obedient in entrusting their children to God through the sacrament of baptism, and second, concommitant with the first, is taking the sacraments too lightly missing out on true blessings associated with the sacraments.

What specific blessings are we missing out on?

We call them ordinances because we do not believe they impart Grace. We do take them very seriously. For example we only Baptize those that have professed a belief in The Gospel and have declared Jesus Christ their Lord and Saviour.

If anything I would think you would argue we take these ordinances too seriously.
