Your argument seems to be, clearly, quite an artificial construct, since you provide no clear Scriptural link between “genealogy” and its etymological connection with “historical associations of thought,” which was more or less what I was looking for. In any event, your exegesis is hardly “perspicuous,” and comes from you own thoughts. I do hope, though, that, in the privacy of your own conscience, where you don’t have to publicly answer to anyone here, you will consider the very important implications of the basic issue I raised.
