Outer Darkness (some liken this to hell) is reserved for people who have been LDS and know the deeper truths and have rejected them - perhaps like me.

I found this interesting post by a current LDS woman, in a current FR thread.

Glean from it what you will:

I actually should have said “exaltation.” “Salvation” in the sense of resurrection is available to all, but it involves a lot of explanation. In order to gain all the blessings which are available in the Celestial Kingdom, we must have been married in the temple. We will be judged on how we treat our spouses. We expect to be together after this life.

What I glean from it is that Mormon's don't know, or won't tell, what their doctrine on salvation is and that their salvation is definitely not the salvation of historic Christianity.

Ah yes. Back to the celestial marriage and the benefits of becoming ‘GODS’ when we die with worlds to rule.
