There are different ways man is move from being centered in the Lord.
1- Should it really be an insult or a reminder to one, if one intentionally changes or spins ANOTHERS words to detract from the truth of the statement?
That is also natural man behavior.
You are the one that posted those vile definitions of "natural man". None of them had to do with sarcasm, changing or spinning words
2- A child of God can get caught up in the moment and revert back to the natural man ways by being sarcastic or ulgy to their fellow man.
I have never seen you use the term "Child of God along with your "natural man" slurs.
3- BTW we have someone on the board every day who take pleasure in posting hateful things, variance, revellings, lampooning the LDS for amusment of others.
"We have someone on the board every day who takes pleasure in posting hateful things".... true, and perhaps there is disagreement on just WHO that someone is.
As in the case of Cinderella if the Shoe fits wear it, if not move along.....
I don’t think natural man” slurs is a slur when someone delibertly takes another post an to rend or to turning it on them, for that is not the spirit it was given.
This why this is not the place to discuss salvaion when it show that some are not ready to read what the scriptures say and try to rend them even.
To some where they reside in the scheme of things this is hard
When a person has a desire to know the Lord more, than hard things to hear then they shall be able to receive.
1 Ne. 15:
3 For he truly spake many great things unto them, which were hard to be understood, save a man should inquire of the Lord; and they being hard in their hearts, therefore they did not look unto the Lord as they ought.
4 And now I, Nephi, was grieved because of the hardness of their hearts, and also, because of the things which I had seen, and knew they must unavoidably come to pass because of the great wickedness of the children of men.
10 Behold, I said unto them: How is it that ye do not keep the commandments of the Lord? How is it that ye will perish, because of the hardness of your hearts?
