You say: Those scriptures I gave pretty much describes the degrees of what I said
So, are you saying that those FReepers you accuse of being "natural man" are guilty of all these sins, while you yourself are not? This appears to be a pretty nasty insult to those you keep calling the "natural man".
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
1 Cor. 2: 14
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned
19 For the natural man is an enemy to God, and has been from the fall of Adam, and will be, forever and ever, unless he yields to the enticings of the Holy Spirit
I guess I'll remember this the next time I see that term used.
Are we not all sinners at one time or another is that news to you?
I note that the works of the flesh include "adultery, fornication, lasciviousness." These things He condemns in Christians, according to the Scriptures. What all is encompassed by "witchcraft," exactly, according to God's Word?
There are different ways man is move from being centered in the Lord.
1- Should it really be an insult or a reminder to one, if one intentionally changes or spins ANOTHERS words to detract from the truth of the statement?
That is also natural man behavior.
2- A child of God can get caught up in the moment and revert back to the natural man ways by being sarcastic or ulgy to their fellow man.
3- BTW we have someone on the board every day who take pleasure in posting hateful things, variance, revellings, lampooning the LDS for amusment of others.
The other things on the list is not known unless one brags on line!:)
