Old Testament, by definition, isn't Christian. They were Jews. I believe it's been addressed on the thread that any group of people who do things that are contrary to what Christ said Christians are to do are either: not Christian, by definition, or are rebelling/rejecting what He would have them do. And to that extent, they are roundly criticized and/or mocked (I've seen on many threads) for doing so.

When you go back 100 years in Christian history you are still in the Modern Era. I sometimes post 200 year old sermons because they are relevant to today.
Do you not stand up at church once a month and give testimony that some guy who lived almost 200 years ago was a true prophet of God and that some Book that he translated nearly 200 years ago is true?
These FLDS practitioners are living today and practicing Mormonism as it was practiced only 100 years ago. That is not a long time.

Frankly, I could care less. I will freely condemn any Baptist who would supports the KKK and FWIW, I don't think Baptists are snake handlers. Those churches always have really weird names.

Are you calling me a clown? I don't really care, but I can say that I am not making "ignorant statements" about your church. I was born and raised a 5th Generation Mormon. I think I know quite a bit about the LDS Church. I would venture to guess that I might know more than you do about the LDS Church. Maybe, maybe not.
