How many miles are you from polygamy central, ground zero of the cult of Mormonism, that practices the commandment of Celestial Marriage?
It’s rampant even in Salt Lake City. At least perhaps the powers that be in this State might quit hiding their heads in the sand.
In my experience with the men, I have determined they all are true believers in Joseph Smith, the BOM, the D&C and all the rest. They compete for the girls in a strange Prophet (profit) driven way. I truly find it hard to believe that the main stream Mormons really believe in the same way, however when I asked a stalwart LDS member here regarding that, he said that if the lord commanded polygamy again, he would obey. Sad part of that is that none of the young women would be safe.
