Of course the Book of Life has only names. All men have their works judged - those whose names are in the Book of Life get rewards in heaven according to their works of righteousness. Those whose names are not therein recorded get punishment in hell according to their works of evil. The Lord holds people responsible for what they know - great judgment upon those with greater knowledge of Truth.
