Burton declined to say why the two resigned, but said both wrote the board to express their support for the school's mission.
The resignations come a month after the resignations from the board of regents of two other televangelists, Jesse Duplantis and Creflo Dollar.
Hinn and Dollar are among six televangelists being investigated by Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley to determine if the high-profile preachers violated their organizations' tax-exempt status by living lavishly on the backs of small donors. They have denied wrongdoing.

I thought that guys name was “Benny Hinn”?
Was it at one time?
Years ago, I was flipping channels and I saw him wave his coat and people would swoon, pass out and be caught by handlers.
At first, I thought it was some SNL sketch!

Ah here’s a transcript of the video and audio I’ve seen/heard many times
http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/ti020006.htm
Hinn says: “You know, I’ve looked for one verse in the Bible — I just can’t seem to find it — one verse that says, ‘If you don’t like’em, kill’em.” I really wish I could find it! ... Sometimes I wish God would give me a Holy Ghost machine gun. I’d blow your head off,. “

Funny video of Hinn at work. (turn the volume down first.

May I ask a question? Please pardon my ignorance but I have never been to any type of "service" where this stuff has ocurred. If Hinn flings his wrist and the spirit is flung out why doesn't EVERYONE in its path fall to the floor? Just wondering.

Watch the video again. Sometimes he gets the first ten rows!
To: SlapHappyPappy
Well, in some of the scenes, he flings his wrists and the "catchers" don't fall.

Uh because it’s not the Holy Spirit. :-) Besides the HOly Spirit doesn’t operate at the flick of a wrist.

I was just asking sort of "tongue in cheek". We have a friend that was a "former catcher".

I figured out the tongue in cheek with your last post yup!
My daughter once got taken to church with my sister and she saw people doing ‘carpet time.’ There was an altar call and my sis went up, forcing my daughter to go even though she did not want to. (she was 6 or something!) Makes me mad.
