Quix, just wondering, do you too also have a problem answering the question, "Is Mary the mother of your Lord?"

Certainly Mary was the earthly mother of Christ in His earthly form.
I still avoid calling Mary The MOTHER of God.
That is inappropriate, to me.
There’s an insinuation of Mary being over God in some nebulous sense that I simply cannot tolerate at all.

I don’t have a problem with saying Mary was the Mother of Jesus. She’s honored as a godly woman, not sinless, not perpetually virginal (after Christ) and not assumed into heaven.
