if Jesus is Christ the King, and she is His mother, then she is the Queen Mother. I think you're stretching the metaphor WAY too far, especially because you don't stop there, you go on to say (as all Catholics pray) "mother of God" when she is only the mother of Jesus Christ. But then... when people have to add something to the sufficiency of Christ alone to satisfy people's need for a mother figure to venerate, you end up with a lot of strange intellectual gymnastics.
