I'm part of the way there. I'm already forgetful at times. ;-)
Is it that a Divine Liturgy is to be said there?
“Is it that a Divine Liturgy is to be said there?”
Yes. The article leaves more than a little to be desired but I suppose one should consider the source. I doubt that the Greek press would do any better regarding the niceties of various forms of, say, Buddhism! :)
Oops! Now I see that the article is from some Vatican fish wrap. I am surprised that they would be so careless with their language....Come to think of it, no I’m not.
Oh, come on that’s a bit of nitpicking on your part. And why the descriptive “Vatican fish wrap.” It’s as if you’re comparing to the NY Times or something. :-P
“Oh, come on thats a bit of nitpicking on your part.”
Its not nitpicking, P. Even you guys should be calling the Liturgy the Divine Liturgy. You know where the word “mass” comes from. In any event, it is inappropriate to call an Orthodox Divine Liturgy a “mass”.
“Its as if youre comparing to the NY Times or something. :-P”
Oh, no. It wraps a far higher caliber of fish than the NYT, I’m sure!
