That isn't what the Scripture says.

There's a perfectly good word for "one and only one" in Greek, monos. 1 Tim 2:5 doesn't contain that word. Look it up.

"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" -- 1 Timothy 2:5

Just like there is only one God, there is only one mediator between that God and men -- Christ Jesus.
