Yo, Chipper, there is no restoration of the kingdom to national Israel in Acts 3. There was no national Israel before the Fall. Christ is restoring all things to the condition before sin entered into the world. National Israel was a temporary entity that God used to bring Messiah to the world. It’s role in that respect is fulfilled and there is nothing to restore.

If that is so, then why didn't Jesus say so when the disciples asked him if it was time to restore the kingdom to Israel??? He said the times and the seasons [for the restoration of the kingdom to Israel] were in His Father's hands. And there is no way that you can get around it.
