I think we should ignore this. You don’t need a certificate or an ID to take communion in the Catholic Church.

Ignore it and let it burn out.

That hasn’t worked for the last 30 years. In fact things such as this have only gotten more bold and more perverse.

Maybe, but your own conscience should tell you that it isn’t right. As a Lutheran, when my ex-Mother-In-Law would try to drag me up to take communion, I had to remind her that I wasn’t allowed to by her church’s rules. She would say, “Oh, no one will know the difference!” I would respond, “Three will, you, me and God!”
